Responsibilities

Troubleshoots line equipment, performs line equipment calibrations and repairs, performs routine maintenance on a variety of line production equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to restore equipment to proper operating standards, and makes verbal or written reports to supervisor regarding conditions or problems encountered.

1. Set-up, troubleshoot machine / equipment. Tools based on production schedule.
2. Calibrates machine / equipment / tools with correct parameters in order to bring about smooth machine operation.
3. Guides production personnel on proper and correct machine operations.
