Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end power infrastructure strategy, design, and execution for Tier III+/IV data center environments across Singapore.
- Own critical power systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU, and battery backup—ensuring 99.999% uptime compliance.
- Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and IT teams to integrate power architecture with cooling, fire safety, and network redundancy systems.
- Implement predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring (DCIM/BMS), and failover protocols to minimize downtime risk and operational overhead.
- Drive sustainability initiatives: optimize PUE, evaluate renewable energy integration, and align with Singapore's Green Data Centre Roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional incident reviews to strengthen operational resilience and engineering excellence.
