About the Opportunity
Our Commercial Marketing Analytics team supports the growth of TC Energy’s Power and Energy Solutions business. The Power Fundamentals & Structuring Analyst role focuses on power market fundamentals, quantitative modeling, and structured transaction support across North American power markets.
What You’ll Do
As an individual contributor, you will develop and maintain long‑term power market views, build and operate quantitative models with PLEXOS, evaluate and structure power‑related commercial opportunities, partner with Trading, Origination, Risk, and Finance teams, and translate complex analysis into clear decision‑ready insights.
- Develop and maintain medium‑to‑long‑term fundamentals for ERCOT, PJM, and SPP markets (supply, demand, generation mix, transmission, pricing).
- Use PLEXOS to build, refine, and operate production cost, dispatch, scenario, and valuation models.
