About the Role
The Power BI Lead will be responsible for end-to-end Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. This role requires a strategic mindset to contribute to a long-term visualization strategy while ensuring scalability and governance.
Responsibilities
- Power BI development end-to-end including data modelling, DAX, and performance optimization
- Data integration and architecture ability to link multiple data sources (HR, finance, operations, etc.) into a clean and scalable model
- High quality visualization design creating clear, insightful, executive level dashboards
- Best practice guidance standards for dashboard design, data governance, and reporting consistency
