Objective:
Deploy a data analytics professional on-site at our Mexicali factory to:
Conduct Gemba walks and understand manufacturing processes
Identify operational improvement opportunities through data
Provide near real-time visibility into factory operations using descriptive analytics
The resource will:
Be physically present on the shop floor to observe and understand operations
Translate operational insights into data-driven opportunities
Build descriptive analytics dashboards and reports
Identify disconnections between business processes, applications, and data
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, including line operators, team leads, and leadership
Work with isolated systems and ensure analytics are as close to real-time as possible
