Powell River Climbing Camp Supervisor

Become a Camp Supervisor at Top Out Climbing Co-op in Powell River, leading energetic children in summer climbing camps. This temporary position requires climbing expertise and a passion for youth engagement.
In this role, you will oversee climbing activities and crafts, fostering a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for campers. With a maximum of 10 kids each week, you will focus on their safety, emotional well-being, and overall camp experience throughout specified camp weeks from July 7 to August 14, operating daily from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct engaging climbing and craft activities
• Monitor the physical and emotional state of campers
• Keep accurate attendance records and manage daily handovers
• Communicate updates and essential information to caregivers
• Address minor first-aid needs quickly and effectively
