In this role, you will prepare, coat, inspect, and finish metal components while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. + Prepare metal parts for powder coating by sandblasting, removing rust and oil, and ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for finishing.
+ Hang parts using proper techniques to maximize coating quality, chemical drainage, and production efficiency.
+ Set up, operate, and monitor powder coating equipment, including electrostatic spray guns, feed hoppers, and powder reclaim systems.
+ Apply powder coatings to steel, aluminum, hardware, accessories, and other metal components according to customer specifications.
