PostgreSQL Backend Developer (Bogotá)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, functions, and queries
• Build database views and stored procedures to support front-end features
• Optimize performance and indexing for live inventory and transactional data
• Integrate with Supabase or other Postgres-compatible platforms as needed
• Collaborate closely with our Spanish-speaking front-end team to ensure smooth data flow
• Handle data validation, transformation, and reporting logic within the database
• Document database structure and business logic for developer handoff

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL in a production environment
• Strong SQL skills: joins, CTEs, window functions, indexes, and performance tuning
• Experience creating stored procedures, triggers, and functions
