Postdoctoral Researcher in Complexity‑Aligned Innovation and Institutional Design

Aalto University’s Department of Design, together with the NODUS Sustainable Design Research Group, seeks an ambitious researcher to develop and implement research on complexity‑aligned innovation governance. The position is part of a Business Finland‑funded project on Tech‑Enabled Institutional Innovation. The contract is 12–15 months, with a salary range of €4160 – €4300 per month, depending on expertise. Residency in Finland for the duration of the contract is required.
