Postdoc in Quantum-Engineered III-V-on-Si Solar Cells

The Institute for Optoelectronic Systems and Microtechnology (ISOM-UPM) at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid invites applications for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to contribute to the ERC-CoG MIRACLE project on quantum-engineered lattice-matched III-V-on-Si multijunction solar cells.

The successful candidate will design and grow nanostructures and solar cells by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and participate in device development and performance testing.
