Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor — Mixed-Use Projects (ME)

AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on mixed use projects for one of its prestigious clients in the UAE. The role focuses on post-contract cost consultancy, measurement, variations, payments, final accounts and cost reporting within a project team including client, supervision consultant and contractor.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, MRICS membership (or working towards APC), and at least 5 years of post-graduate experience,
