Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor — High-Rise & Mixed-Use

IRTH is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for Post Contract works to join their development team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial administration of construction projects including contract compliance, cost reporting, and subcontract management.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years UAE experience, with a proven background in high-rise residential and hospitality projects. Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
