Positive Behaviour Interventionist (Kenora)

Overview

FIREFLY is seeking a full-time Positive Behaviour Interventionist to work in our Kenora FIREFLY location. The Positive Behaviour Interventionist works directly with children/youth with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other potential neurodevelopmental differences, providing evidence-based interventions as outlined in the child/youth’s Behaviour Plan. The role involves serving in homes, schools, and community spaces, with family-centered services and parent-directed supports as part of the role. The position reports to the Clinical Manager and works under the guidance of a Senior Clinician, with clinical direction and coaching from a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) or Psychological Associate.
