POS Systems Support Engineer — Retail Tech

GMG is seeking a Support Engineer – Retail Tech (POS) to manage incidents and ensure SLA-compliant resolution across retail applications and POS systems. You will oversee SIT and UAT, coordinate with business users and IT vendors, and maintain clear incident documentation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep retail technology operations smooth, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold system reliability for GMG's fashion, pharma, and lifestyle segments in the Dubai region.
