About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our Portuguese-speaking users and our global operations team, ensuring world-class support via Zendesk while contributing to the localized growth of the Airbrush app.
What you will do:
- Customer Interaction: Handle Portuguese user inquiries (including some English tickets) via the Zendesk support system, providing efficient and professional assistance.
- Issue Tracking: Document and organize user feedback and technical issues, ensuring they are synced with the User Operations team in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain close communication with the User Operations team to assist in following up on and resolving complex cases.
