Job Role: Portfolio/Campaign Manager
Location: Delhi NCR (Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:
Portfolio/Campaign Management:
- Understand Portfolio current initiatives and priorities agreed upon by Client’s key stakeholders
- Create program framework for activation, engagement, retention - identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments and align definitions with Portfolio & Product teams – and thereby, define target segments
- Provide support to create and operationalize the campaign design and delivery framework in conjunction with Client’s cross-functional teams, including assistance in list generation, communication mix design and channel attribution
