The Head of DBS PMO leads the strategic and operational delivery of all digital programs and projects for the organization. This includes setting project frameworks, managing a high-performing team of project and/or program managers, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives on time, on budget, with correct and/or complete scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and continuously evolve the enterprise-level DBS PMO to serve as a center of excellence for project and portfolio management.
- Lead establishment, updating, and compliance tracking of project governance processes, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.), and performance reporting for the company’s entire DBS project ecosystem.
- Ensure projects are properly resourced from the perspective of both DBS and business unit/functions.
