Job Description Job Summary This role is responsible for driving product and portfolio growth through designing effective product programs, driving digital sales and alignment with portfolio and product teams to drive growth in Wealth and Retail Business Banking. Key for this role will be to drive growth across retail products through the use of digital engagement and targeted portfolio campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Strategy
Liaise with Product and Portfolio Managers to develop effective programmes that support the growth of Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB).
Drive cross-sell of other banking products through coordinated campaigns, appropriate Campaign Request Templates, call scripts, and frontline engagement.
Support Product Managers in growing End Net Receivables and Deposits by identifying opportunities and developing executable actions.
Support the development of an Affluent Proposition that strengthens our wealth solutions and reinforces our market leadership.
