Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in IT or equivalent
- 20 years of relevant IT experience
- 10+ years as a project, program, or portfolio manager, or management consultant in a project office
- Project, program, or portfolio manager on at least 4 large‑scale projects in an organization comparable to the client or a similar technological environment
- Lead manager of more than 2 projects exceeding $10 million
- 2 mandates supporting managers during the implementation of management processes, including the development of organizational adoption tools
- Experience as a strategic advisor to executive bodies
- Management of governance, prioritization, and interdependencies between multiple initiatives
- Mastery of management disciplines: scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance
