Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of highways projects across Ontario. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing a strategic approach to markets, clients, and associated projects, bringing the best solutions to increase market share in a consistent and predictable manner. In order to attain the objectives, the Portfolio Manager will work in close collaboration with other groups within the organization for market development strategy, the preparation of responses to calls for proposals, or the monitoring of project performance.
