Portfolio Management Specialist (Madrid)

Reporting to the Head of Travel Underwriting for European Hub, you will be responsible for leading portfolio remediation efforts across the general travel insurance book, with an immediate focus on the United Kingdom. This role drives technical underwriting excellence through deep‑dive performance analysis at both client and portfolio level, identifying root causes of deterioration and implementing corrective action to ensure rate adequacy and sustainability. The role partners closely with Pricing, Actuarial, Claims and Distribution to execute targeted remediation strategies aligned with the Travel Line of Business strategy.
