Portfolio Analyst

JLL is hiring a Portfolio Analyst to join the Portfolio Reporting team. The portfolio reporting team monitors, analyzes, and reports on JLL's financial performance to clients and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and compile operational and financial information on a monthly and quarterly basis and prepare consolidated reports and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Contribute to quarterly presentations for JLL senior management and clients.
• Assist the Property Manager in preparing annual budgets and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of forecasts and budgets.
• Reconcile operating costs and property taxes based on specific allocation requirements per tenant lease.
• Coordinate analysis and consolidation of expense forecasting and budgeting, address identified gaps, and recommend interventions to increase cost-effectiveness.
