Key Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with suppliers and creating long‑term strategic alliances.
• Coordinating operations to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensuring the highest quality in the services provided to the customer.
• Preparing operations during vessel pre‑arrival with suppliers and the client.
• Coordinating with the Commercial Department during pre‑ and post‑arrival.
• Requesting quotations from suppliers and reviewing/validating prices for the Commercial Department and/or client.
• Controlling operations throughout the stop‑over.
