Key Responsibilities
- Organize, control, and manage the company’s port in coordination with port authorities and administrative bodies.
- Oversee maritime operations, including scheduling, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and enforce regulations, emergency plans, and safety protocols for the port.
- Manage port services (e.g., pilotage, moorings, tugs) and ensure proper resource allocation and safety.
- Promote staff training and monitor the continuous improvement of environmental management and safety.
