The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pool Supervisor to join a progressive municipal recreation organization in Alberta. The Pool Supervisor provides leadership for the daily operation of a public aquatic facility. This position is responsible for overseeing aquatic services, staff leadership and development, operational excellence, safety and risk management, and exceptional customer service while fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for patrons of all ages.

The successful candidate is a collaborative and service-oriented leader with experience supervising aquatic operations, developing staff, coordinating schedules and training, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
