ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Welcomes and acknowledges each owner/guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using their name when possible.
• Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for owners/guests in all recreational activities by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Promotes F&B offerings and assists service around pool deck when needed.
• Promotes programmed pool activities and supports activities team as needed.
• Actively listens and responds positively to owner/guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process (e.g., LEARN, PLEASED, etc.) to resolve issues and build trust.
• Liaises with other departments to ensure owner/guest requests and concerns are met in a timely manner.
• Anticipates owner/guest service needs, including asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening for their preferences and acting on them whenever possible. ...
