Policy Director, MENA — Remote Impact Leader

GSMA invites an experienced policy leader to head regional programmes in the MENA region from Dubai with flexible home-working. You will advise on policy and regulatory matters, act as a technical expert on mobile technology, and represent GSMA in industry forums. Lead budgeting, KPI delivery and a small regional team to meet HQ expectations.

Fluent English is required; Arabic and/or French are an advantage. Travel will be required to engage stakeholders and partners across the region.
