As a Policy Analyst for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you will support executive-level decision-making by producing high quality analysis, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations across government relations, public policy, and organizational priorities. This role acts as a force multiplier for senior leadership — particularly the Executive Director and CEO — by transforming complex, ambiguous, or politically sensitive issues into clear, actionable insights.
Reporting to the Manager, Strategy & Research, this role ensures leadership is never making decisions in the dark. By providing clarity, structure, and strategic insight, the Policy Analyst strengthens organizational positioning, reduces risk, and accelerates executive decision‐making.
