Role Overview

The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling Polish companies and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. The goal is to generate a lead: setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu - learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.
