Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sandblast and coating operations from start to finish
• Document and report on project progress and safety compliance
• Tackle maintenance and operational issues promptly
• Operate on a FIFO shift model of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Support and train new team members
Requirements:
• NACE 2 certification is a requirement
