PMO Transformation Manager (Customer Operations)

We have partnered with a leading UAE conglomerate to hire a PMO Transformation Manager.

This role will support the PMO Director in driving operational excellence and transformation across all customer-facing functions.

It is less about managing a single project and more about creating structure, visibility, and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams, ensuring performance, governance, and reporting all align to the wider transformation agenda.
