PMO Support / Business Analyst

This 6‑month initial contract, with extensions possible, is with one of Dubai's most prestigious government entities to recruit a PMO Support Business Analyst. The role is part of a high‑profile digital transformation programme that supports the delivery of strategic shared digital channel initiatives, improving how citizens, residents and businesses interact with government services.

Responsibilities

• Support programme governance, planning and PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives.
• Monitor programme progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare executive dashboards, governance packs and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple government entities to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Map and analyse end‑to‑end customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
