Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Review and refine governance structure and objectives
- Update SteerCo Master deck which consolidates information relating to objectives and governance, including implementation plan of each program
- Monitor program deliverables and milestones
- Maintain reporting standards and success metrics
- Maintain oversight of dependencies across workstreams
- Maintain and manage Risks-Issues-Assumptions-Dependencies log as part of tracking and reporting
- Manage day-to-day project activities through collaboration with project teams
- Support preparation of PMO's program review and relevant action items
- Manage shared folder of PMO which facilitates coordination with various workstreams
