Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
- Oversee successful delivery of customer projects across multiple technology practices including Cloud, Network & Security, and Managed Services
- Establish project governance, delivery standards, and operational best practices
- Monitor portfolio health, including schedule, budget, scope, and resource utilization
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to improve organizational visibility
- Manage PMO resource capacity, workload balancing, and staffing priorities
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to improve project transitions and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or Engineering
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
