Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership in structured deal review cycles for consulting/services engagements
- Own audit readiness and compliance for the PMO function
- Maintain PMO tools and build proof of concepts for a new technology stack
- Identify and drive automation opportunities across the services lifecycle
- Develop global business processes, policies, and procedures for the assigned business unit
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, Professional Services/Consulting Operations, or Business Operations
- Strong experience operating from a regional hub supporting North America stakeholders
- Deep, hands‑on experience with PSA/resource management platforms (Upland, Certinia etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
