The role – The role of PMO Analyst is to provide hands-on project support to the Programme Office Manager and functional work stream leaders including ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, and to provide regular project status updates.
Duties – Planning, Reporting & Control, Governance, Project Support
- The PMO Analyst will track status of programme deliverables and milestones; programme level risk and issue co-ordination; coordination of the regular programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, support Project Reviews and Programme level workshops. Help acquire the appropriate resources.
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Project planning skills and experience of using MS Project to plan a large programme including resource allocation
