The Role
We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation on a large-scale program of work. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will initially build the PMO function from scratch, then oversee end-to-end PMO operations across a complex, multi-party integration.
Key Responsibilities

Establish PMO frameworks including governance, reporting cadence, tools, and templates

Drive program reporting, RAID management, and delivery oversight across workstreams

Own financial management (budget tracking, forecasts, accruals, cost control)

Prepare SteerCo and executive reporting packs
