Position Overview
The PM Execution Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, safety, quality, and operational performance of a geographically dispersed team of Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technicians. This role provides day-to-day oversight and coaching to field personnel, ensuring consistent execution of preventative maintenance programs while supporting customer equipment reliability and business objectives.
