Description: Responsible for driving the implementation of automated service provisioning, orchestration, monitoring, and operational workflows.
Coordinates cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions aligned with TM Forum standards and cloud‑native architectures. Ensures delivery timelines, budget, and quality while enabling zero‑touch operations and improved service efficiency.
Requires strong experience in OSS/BSS environments, project management, and network/service automation (SDN/NFV, APIs), with the ability to manage complex, multi‑partner programs.
OSS/BSS & Telecom Knowledge
Solid understanding of OSS/BSS processes (FCAPS, service lifecycle management)
Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, Open APIs)
Experience in telecom, satellite, or network environments

Knowledge of:
