Plumbing & Drainage Designer

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the complete design of building systems for domestic cold water, hot water circulation, sanitary drainage, rainwater drainage and treatment, and fire protection water supply.Perform water demand calculations, pipe sizing, pump head and tank volume design in accordance with CTE DB HS (Health and Hygiene) and local municipal ordinances.Design indoor fire hydrant and automatic sprinkler water supply systems according to RIPCI and CTE DB SI requirements.Produce plumbing and drainage layout plans, riser diagrams, and plant room details;
prepare equipment and material schedules and technical ordinate shaft sizes, reserved openings, equipment loads, and vibration isolation with architectural, structural, and HVAC disciplines.Support the construction site by resolving piping clashes and drainage slope issues, and participate in water testing and commissioning acceptance.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Bu...
