EllisDon Facilities Services at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to join our team, focusing on preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance for the hospital facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair and replace sinks, showers, toilets, water coolers, ice machines, and other plumbing fixtures
- Maintain, repair, and replace chilled water, hot water, and glycol coils in AHUs, hot water heating equipment such as radiant heating panels, unit heaters and fan coils, and water treatment piping systems for RO water, soft water, and de‑ionized water
- Maintain, repair, and replace patient‑care related plumbing equipment/fixtures such as sterilizers, water‑cooled machineries, macerators, etc.
- Replace washers, faucets, and broken pipes
- Perform preventative maintenance on fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, etc.
