Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced plumber multi trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Barnet and the surrounding North West and West London areas.
This is a mobile role covering Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.
Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems.
