Position Overview ProductSpace is seeking a permanent PLM Support Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations and upkeep of a newly deployed Siemens Teamcenter PLM system. You will be deputed onsite for 3 years at our clients facility, a premier Public Sector Defence Manufacturing enterprise to provide immediate technical assistance, maintain system stability, and prevent downtime for active engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day User Support: Provide rapid, hands-on troubleshooting for CAD designers, engineers, and managers experiencing Teamcenter issues. System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, run daily health checks, and manage license usage (floating/network licenses) across workstations. Minor Configurations: Implement authorized minor updates to workflows, user roles, access privileges, and data classifications.
