- Close contact to international competence centers
- Active participation in process definition meetings at lead plants
- Ensure process specific standards and know‑how exchange across value streams
- Value stream engineering teams
- Improve process stability and efficiency
- Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS‑engineers
- Support new product launches with technical know‑how
