We are recruiting for Plating Supervisors to support frontline operations within a yard, vessel build, repair or inspection environment.
These roles would suit individuals with strong plating or fabrication experience who are confident supervising teams, coordinating daily activities and ensuring work is delivered safely, productively and to the required quality standards.
As Plating Supervisor, you will play a key role in planning and supervising daily work, allocating tasks and resources effectively, monitoring progress and supporting a safe, respectful and productive working environment.
