Plating Process Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned
Process Engineer
to support our plating operations as part of a
corporate-level role spanning the United States and Mexico
. This position will play a critical role in strengthening process control, standardization, and technical performance across multiple sites.
This role requires a high degree of mobility, with
up to 50% travel across the U.S. and Mexico
, as well as the ability to work effectively in a bilingual, cross-cultural environment.
Strong English communication skills are required for MX based candidates
.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Nickel and Zinc plating, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to audit, correct, and standardize processes in a production environment. This individual will be instrumental in closing gaps in process management and driving consistency, quality, and scalability in a core value stream.
