Overview
This Platform Technical Lead is responsible for evolving and maintaining the platform engineering capabilities, whilst supporting the engineering teams to deliver consistent and quality software. This role works closely with internal and external engineering teams to understand common challenges and turn them into clear platform improvements and priorities, with a particular focus on enabling teams through automation, standards and guidance.
Location: 2 days per week at our North Acton office, 3 days working from home.
Accountabilities
- Own and develop the platform roadmap, ensuring it addresses engineering needs, objectives and architecture direction
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, trends and approaches to deliver value from the engineering platform
