Platform Reliability Engineer – Infra & Cloud (L2)

Thakral One, based in Taguig, Philippines, is looking for an L2 Infra & Platform Engineer to provide crucial support for the ARROW platform's infrastructure. You will work closely with L3 engineers to handle escalated incidents and improve system reliability, supported by strong documentation and adherence to best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure support, detailed knowledge in systems administration, cloud environments, and automation tools. A multi-tiered collaboration ethos is key to success in this role, which is contracted for 5 years.
