Platform Operation Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking)

Evaluate product features and user interactions from an end-user perspective, including user journeys,

operational flows, and interaction logic.

• Organize, compile, and analyze operational data and reports.
• Report, track, and follow up on production issues and bugs.
• Provide support and assistance for cross-functional tasks and ad hoc requests.
• Assist with requests and requirements from Operations, Customer Service, and other related teams.
• Handle permission-related tasks and account management activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in the iGaming/online gaming industry is preferred.
