Key Activities
The Platform Manager oversees all aspects of the NAC’s Enterprise System ecosystems, reporting tools, third-party integrations and the platform roadmap. This role involves managing platforms and software integrations, as well as serving as a liaison with external vendors and all internal teams to advance and optimize the use of the platform and uphold team working agreements and values. The Platform Manager collaborates institution-wide, ensuring efficient data operations while prioritizing and supporting a holistic approach to system capabilities.
A primary focus of the Platform Manager’s responsibilities is the NAC’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem which includes Tessitura, BlocksOffice, Prospect2, Windcave, CrowdHandler and third-party integrations with Ticketmaster, Raiser’s Edge, and Postmark.
